These Terms govern the use of FLUXAA, a healthcare technology platform owned by MRAKL BASICS Pvt. Ltd.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FLUXAA, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

FLUXAA provides software solutions including:

• Hospital Management System
• Clinic Management
• Doctor Practice Management
• EMR & Patient Records
• Appointment Scheduling
• Billing & Invoicing
• Pharmacy & Diagnostics Integration
• WhatsApp Notifications

FLUXAA is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice or healthcare services.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate information
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring authorized access within their organization

Healthcare providers are responsible for the accuracy of patient records entered into the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Upload unlawful or fraudulent content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the software
• Use the platform for spam or illegal communications

5. Payments

Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed according to the selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.

6. Intellectual Property

FLUXAA, its software, designs, logos, workflows and content are the intellectual property of MRAKL BASICS Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect access.

8. Limitation of Liability

FLUXAA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
